Breach of regulation 65
Hi,
I have applied for membership in recently but i have now received a mail stating that I have breached Regulation 65 of ICAI as I did my MBA (correspondence) during articleship tenure without filling Form 112.
Now they want me to fill Form No 112, Pay Rs 1000 as condonation fees and apply for condonation. Also an observation from my employer is required.
I did not knew that permission was required for correspondence as well.
Can someone help in this regard. What should I write in condonation letter? And would this affect my enrolment on time?

request them to condone your unknowing breach of regulation 65 give your reason.
