Branch transfer within state not required to show in GTRB 3B assuiming same registration whereas branch transfer between different state needs to be shown in GSTR-3B.For understanding branch transfer (distinct person) see below mentioned vidoe.

Transfer by branch to principal or principal to agent is also supply as per Schedule I.
So, same is to be shown in GSTR-3B as supply.
