branch transfer

Hi Manish, Branch transfer are done only on cost price

if the good are excisable then the rate shall be the rate prevailing at the time of removal of good at branch...

For instance:- if u r going to transfer the goods on 01.01.2008 & at that time the rate at branch was 1000 per pc....if the exact rate on that  date is not available then the near by rate....

Kindly refer the CER Rule.
