branch sales goods at discounted price

1) Branch will record good at rs. 150 form HO.

2) Record sale at 110/-.

3) Form - H , will be issued at Rs. 150/-.

4) Transaction is valid.

the branch can sale it at low price if the M.P. is fall then it will record the loss of rs 40 in its books
