Please let me know the formalities for opening of Branch office in India by Ukrine base company with 100% holding.
Please specify the ROC & RBI Formalities.

The Authorised representative hv to file Eform 44 with the ROC. The docs to be attached are Charter of t he foreign company (Just like MOA n AOA of indian Company), Boar resolution of the foreign company authorising a person to act as a AR.

There are specific purposes only for which the foreign Company can open a branch in India.
Also the taxation angle needs to be thouroughly looked into.
