we have two branches
hyderabad and guntur and we have only one Bank account at hyderabad
so quation is cash withdraw at hyderabad only and transfer to guntur branch
what is the entry

Just make Journal entry for Cash to Branch/Divisions Account...
Normal entry like cash received and cash paid entry.
In the books of Head office:
Branch A/c Dr.
To Cash or Bank A/c
In the books of Branch;
Cash / Bank A/c Dr.
To Head office A/c
