The day before yesterday I was 25 and the next year I will be 28.

This is true only one day in a year.

What day is my birthday?

31st December.

 

Explaination: Today is Jan. 1st.  Yesterday, December 31, was your 26th birthday.

On December 30, you was still 25. This year turn will turn 27, and next year, you will turn 28.
