Bpo firms offer huge job opportunities for finance disciplines. But so many aspirants who are in the age range of 35-40 are denied this opportunity stating you are overaged. Ten years before only manufacturing sector offered a decent package with growth prospects and more. whereas the trend is vice versa.
Is there any other alternative suggestion/idea who is willing to relocate to bangalore/chennai in order to get good job in bpo firms.
