BOREWELL DRILLER GST PAYMENT
Sir, we are running a Borewell Drilling with registered GST no. We have done drilling for Taluq Panchayat particular points for public. The amount they released and deducted TDS 2% & for above 2.5lakhs work they deducted GST 2% and TDS 2%. Did we have to pay any GST on received chq.amount for 7lakhs. Kindly guide me.

It's exempted (Nil Rate) As per Notification 12/2017 CT (R) .

Whether purchase of site by individual is better or by joint holder(Spouse) for Income tax benefit. Also we are planning for Home loan also. Kindly guide me.
