Dear sir,
If sir a board meeting is adjourned due to qouram which was happening in a hotel
.. then the meeting will be next week same day, same place, same time ....But if the next week,same day, same time that hotel is wholly booked by other function...
Then the meeting where will be placed......?
Please solve this confusion
...
