CA Final:
Which Author's books should be referred for Audit, Law and MICS? Is ICAI's study module for this subjects solely enough for preparation? Can study module be relied upon solely..? Plz advice...

Audit - Paduka
Law - Munish Bhandari
MICS - Institute Module is enough but if you want to refer other books then go for Q/A Format - Paduka OR Dinesh Madan for lucid language.
You may go for the following options regarding books for ca final:
For Audit: Prakhar Sharma/Paduka/ V.K Agrawal
Note: (MP Vijay Kumar can be used for AS reference)
For Corp Law: Munish Bhandari
For MICS: Module and Dinesh Madan
Use good reference books. Avoid complete reliance on study material. But for course and chapter length reference from study material is very necessary.
Also refer Scanners and Suggested Answer issued by ICAI for previous year exams and revised them properly.
For some good notes explore CAClubindia forum and share file section. You may also use search facility of club.

well deepak..remember even rank holders say this..don't emphasis much on books but give due importance to preparation..
