i got registered with institue after passing may 08 exam as final student and books provided of A.Y 2007-08 Of DT. Indirect tax amended by finance act 2006. Insitute Having quality Syallbus and world class papers. but books as a study materail given to me is of that quality? what to do now

There is no way out.Either u purchase a Reference Book covering the AY applicable to ur exam or go for the latest version of study mat available at the institute or its Regional offices
You need to take other reference books for the purpose of amendments made in the recent tax laws.
Why don't you point this out to the institute?
