Well, you can also follow Vashist & Saksena - Sultan Chand publications for Costing & Financial Management (two separate books), these books cover both theory and problems. Hi Friend, if you wanted to gain a very good insight into financial management paper in PE2, you may follow V.Pattabhiram sir's books. Solved problems in the book are very simple & easy to understand. I am sure you would be conceptually strong after reading this book. For theory part follow the ICAI's study material & suggested answers. Concentrate hard on examiner's comments in the last page of suggested answers. That would help you a lot in presentation of theory & problems in the exams. All the very best....

hi freinds I am sunil and i am happy today to tell you guys that i cleared my both groups in PEII this time with 342 marks overall. But sad thing is that it took me 3 attempts for smelling the sucess. How ever let me suggest you a sincere advise and it may work wonders for you also i only went through the paduka publications for my 2nd group and for accounts too but coming to auditing business and cooperatelaws i feel one should be through with the study material.
