Dear Members,

The Books of Accounts have been audited & Filed for the period FY 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20 & 2020-21 to Charity Commissioner Office through Online. The Audited Books of Accounts has been uploaded under "below 5000 income" instead of "Above 5000 income" for FY 2018-19 & 2019-20.

Kindly advise how can we revise or rectify the uploaded information.

To rectify the incorrect income category selection on your Charity Commissioner's filings, you should first check the online portal for an "Edit" or "Revised Filing" feature. If none exists, prepare a formal letter on trust letterhead requesting a manual correction, attach the correct audited documents, and submit it to the office of the local Charity Commissioner where your trust is registered.
