When Client's one business account books maintained as per rules then it is mandatory to maintained books of account for other businesses for same Client ???

Yes. if the person is doing multiple business in the individual capacity he has to follow the rules by sum of total turnover of all the business.
Pl refer to Sec. 44AA of IT Act, maintance of books of account related limits given.
