Books for itsm and audit for nov 2013
Today is my last exam for ipc group 1.
now i want to start my preparations for group 2 after 3-4 days.
i have opted for self study for itsm and audit.
can anyone suggest me how to study these subjects and also books available in the market for these subjects.
if possible also tell me what kind of questions are asked in exam from these subjects - numerical, theorical, case study based, concept based or otherwise.

because both are very in simple language & also scoring
also refer practice manual because 40% exam covered by PRAC. Manual.
Suggested: Audit: Chapter-1 to 6 then Standards. & Comapany Audit-1, 2 and Audit Report.
Weightage: Company Audit 1+2= 20 marks(minimum)
Special Audit:=16 marks(minimum)
Vouching & Verification: 8 marks(Mininmum)
Audit Report = 8 marks(minimum)
Chapter 1, 2, 3= 20 marks(Minimum)
