Should we book TDS Receivable on the basis of payment received from the parties or sales invoice raised to the parties??

As party will book tds on the basis of your invoice in case any advance is not paid thus you also required to book tds on invoice basis.. as rule said tax need to be deducted at the time of payment or credit whichever is earlier..
