or any other way to issue of share
at what price co. can issue share???

Please refer Rule 12 of Companies (Prospectus & Allotment of Securities) Rules 2014. Pending notification of registered valuer, valuation has to be done by independent SEBI registered merchant banker or independent CA having minimum 10 years experience.
