pls advice how to calculate..... for issue of shares to directors in pvt. ltd. co. or any other way to issue of share at what price co. can issue share???

Please refer Rule 12 of Companies (Prospectus & Allotment of Securities) Rules 2014. Pending notification of registered valuer, valuation has to be done by independent SEBI registered merchant banker or independent CA having minimum 10 years experience.
