look bro. i scored 58 with very limited reading say 70% from business and corporate law by m.p.vijay kumar. snow white publications.busi law is a very easy paper

I use a book which is actually for B.Com /B.com Corporate Students. Its pretty good though. Lots of information with hypothetical situations to help you understand the rules better. Author is KN Ramasamy.

I'm studying the book first and then going through the material.
