I suggest V. Pattabiram & SD Bala's Book (Snow white publication). The book is comprehensive.

to all you guys out there ....AN Sridhar also takes Classes in Mumbai... he teaches in tayal's institute....n absolutely amazing teaching......anyone who prefers learning the concepts well and then proceed for problems, i wud advise ppl to go there for mafa....its in goregoan (e)....1 min walk from station....opp. bus depo.....

I have used Pattabiraman and Bala by Snowwhite Publications - from Exam point of view this is sufficient - in addition you have to go through Revision Test Paper plus atleast last 4 suggested answers- 30 marks are from theory which is mostly repeated

AN Shridhar is good one for preparing from exam perspective. For good study of concepts as well as sums, Ravi M. Kishor - MAFA - for Ca final should be referred. For comprehensive study of financial concepts, Ravi M. Kishor - Financial Management - 6th Edition can be referred.
