book for cwa - opm & IT

for OPM & IT institute study material is enough.. for more knowlege on OPM(OPERATION MANAGEMENT) u can follow (1) BISWAJIT BANNERJEE,  or (2) VK KAPOOR.. give more stress on transportation problem, lpp, pert.. do objective question from study material

follow study mat ... thats enough...  generally OM is full of sums..so do the problem sums from the institute mat.. many times they give the same question in the exam.

Dont forget to follow RTP ... its must...many questions have been asked from RTP.
