I am studying D S Rawat for AS and its the best book i had ever seen for AS,,,simple language and great practical problems in it

D.S. Rawat is best.But along with that You should also go through the compiations of Accounts relating to AS based questions as some questions are repeatedly asked

If you want to acquire in depth concept of accounting standards in a simple lucid language then go for snow white.

D S Rawat is good for examination purpose which is very concise and also contains good no. of practical questions. 

Rawat is best but try to take praveen sir notes also.Take care

With due respect to all the authors,in my opinion  PLEASE see Paduka's Book on AS AND THEN DECIDE which is the better book.

Its the best book on AS written till date.Have a look at it.
