Considering the new amendments of companies act 2013 , which book is reliable for law containing all the applicable provisions for nov 2014 final exam.Even institute's module does not have all amended provisions.. So m confused about wht to refer

For a refference book like munish bhandari.a post may 14 publication would be the latest version for you.institutes pm n mat june/july 14 edition is the latest version applicable for you.
