I do feel if you have time go for module.. read one chapter a day..

atleast for ethics part you should stick to module.. as so many good examples of various companies who have adopted good ethics standards have been very nicely given which will give you an insight into its practical applications and effects.

Don't be so tensed about ethics portion. There is no good book other than study material for ethics. Allot few hours daily to read ethics. Read the contents as if you are reading story book or newspapers. Write down the main points of any topic in one notebook. keep on revising those points and read again details of it like a story book. At this stage also analyse. Topic will get injected to your veins.

Examiner will expect from you the understanding of particular topic and not word to word of any material.

Ajay Jain sir's Book on Ethics and Communication is also a good choice,the language is excellent and so the presentation,just 100 pages covering everything including Deeds and Notices formats.
