If I rec'd bonus share from company what is my tax liability if I sold bonus share

Sale proceeds will be taxable under capital gains with no cost reduction, because cost of bonus shares is zero.

Whole sales proceeds received is taxable under Capital Gain .

If shares are sold in Stock exchange & held for more than 12 months then gain is exempt.
