If the subscribed capital is 180000 and bonus is to be issued as 1 for every 3 held.
The authorized capital is 200000.
Then what will be the authorized capital after the bonus issue.

Then first Amend the authorised capital by passing a special resolution and then issue Bonus shares.
first of all this question it self is wrong........
you can not issue shares more than your authority............
if you still want to do that then you have to alter capital clause and increase your authorized share cap .........
only after doing this you can issue bonus share as per your question.
