Bonus calculation
For calculation of bonus under bonus act which basic salary should I take if it is changing after every month.

Generally the basic salary does not change every month. It is the allowance which keeps on changing. If the basic salary is changing every month, consider the average of basic salary for the purpose of calculation of bonus
