As per the Payment of Bonus Act 1965 (Amended Oct-07) I wanted to know if any employee during 2006-07/2007-08 is covered by companies regular incentive program (receives Performance incentives at year end) is still need be paid additional amount as per Payment of Bonus Act 1965 (Amended Oct-07)?
 
If yes then request you to please send me relevant circular/notifications.

also as Sec.31A clearly states that .......

.if the employee is having any agreement for payment of productivity linked bonus, then also the employee is entitled to minimum and maximum bonus mentioned in the act.

hence if the productivity linked bonus comes out to be less than the minimum bonus, then the additional amt. has to be paid....

Sections of Bonus Act 1965

I request to Shakti Shavant Sir, please guide me that-

I have availed one month leave during the financial year and I was paid proportionate bonus of 11 months. is it justified? kindly suggest me that any company can frame such policy in this regard or it is permitted in Bonus Act 1965.
