Bonus 43b- its urgent pls

Our Company paid bonus by cheque  before filing returns but the employees didnt present the cheque so due to tat it became a stale cheque..

so i want to kno whether SEC 43B DISALLOWANCE IS ALLOWED???pls tell its urgent..
