In delhi Every F.Year ABC company add bogus purchase from various Party. payment made by cheqs. but no material recd. Input VAT adjusted and Gross proft and net profit also lower side due to fake Purchase Invoices.
Main Kahan Complain kar sakta hoon aur iska kya process hoga. Please guide me.
