I need format of board resolution for taking the note of discolusre of interest by directors of the company, placed at the first Board Meeting of the respectives companies ,pusuant to section 184(1).
the companies are required to file form MGT-14 along with the attachment of Board Resolution giving effect to the above mentioned disclosure.
