Please provide draft board resolution for pvt ltd company towards increase in director remuneration, there are three directors for which we needs to increase the remuneration, whether we need to pass one resolution or seperate board resolutions needs to be passed.
Please help.

Separate resolutions to be passsed for revision in remuneration of each director, pass simple resolution mentioning remuneration and terms and conditions. if any one of them are MD, you need to file MGT 14 as per section 117(3) of the Companies Act, 2013
