Board minutes for meeting held through video conference

You may record the minutes in the same format as it is being conducted in the boardroom. however you have to show the presences of the other director who is attanding the meeting through video conferenceing (attanded-through the video conference).

If all directors wnat to attend through video conference what is the format

Even then the format will be same. But just a phrase is to be added at teh heading of the minutes that as follows:

Minutes of meeting of the board of directors of ABC ltd held on .....date at ....time at........through video conference have to be stated instaed of (Registered office of the company)
