As per Sec 173(1) 4 board meeting shall be held in every year, thus for those company which are incorporated in mid of year, year shall be considered subsequent to thier incorporation
First board meeting within 30 days of incorporation and then convene and hold regularly 4 board meetings
There should not be a gap of more than 120 days between two board meetings
As per Sec 173(1) First board meeting shall be convened within 30 day from date of incorporation and 4 board meeting shall be held in EVERY YEAR , thus for those company which are incorporated in mid of year, year shall be considered subsequent to thier incorporation
