We manage a Private Limited company and due to Pandemic and very bad state of business we have been only able to hold 1 Board meeting so far in Nov 2020 for this Year that started March 1, 2020.
The company is very small company
1) What are the minimum number of Board Meetings for a small Private Limited Co?
2) What do I need to do now at this stage to make sure we don't run into a compliance issue ?
Thank you for immediate responses as since time is running, I want to make sure we don't lose time if we have to conduct more meetings.
