Dear All,
Is the difference of 120 days between two BM applicable from the first BM held after 01.04.2014 or before that i.e. the BM held in last quarter of FY 13-14.
Also as per the disqualification as per section 167(1)(b) i.e if director fails to attend any bm within 12 months period he will vacate his office. My query is that whether the period of 12 month be rekoned from 01.04.2014 or 01.01.2014 please apprise.
