Please help me
if board meeting is not held bcz of want of quorum, so is it compulsory that quorum should be present at adjourned meeting also? or can be held without quorum?

Yes. It is compulsory to have quorum present in adjourned board meeting as well. Adjourned board meeting shall be invalid if held without presensce of necessary quorum. In short, quorum is required to be present in adjourned meeting as well.
