Board meeting

Kindly check your Articles of Assocation first, if they prescribe the quorum of more than 2, then you cannot otherwise it is possible as in your case two directors shows the majority of the Board.

Kindly Check Your AOA. But as far it appears, the qourum will be there with 2 directors(Generally it is 2 directors), but you should serve a notice on the director who is hospitalised and agenda too.

Quoroum required for board meeting is one third of strength of board or two whichever is more.It is applicable for both private and public company
