Section 134 of CA 2013 dealing with Directors' Report states, interalia, that it should include extracts of annual return under section 92(3) thereof.
That means, DR of 2013-2014 will include extracts of annual return of 2012-2013. Or that of 2013-2014.

Sec. 92 says, "particulars as they stood on the close of the financial year"... i.e. the same year for which the financials and board reports are prepared... i.e. 2013-14 in your case...
