i agree with Adarsh maximum there is no limit.

 is there any notification regarding to board meetings

No there is no notification but there is a secretarial standard for Board Meeting.

And minimum 4 Board Meetings are required to be hold in every type of Companies in case of private company 1 meeting required in each quarter i.e. one in April and second may be in September.

However, there is no limit of holding meeting thus a company may hold 1 meeting in every month.
