don't you have seen in the picture .

has the income tax returns for the fin. year 2011-12 been filed?

Assessment year is the period where the files are submitted, and for department its their financial year itself when they receive the files of previous financial year ( current assessment year) so the picrure and data is correct

database of FY 2011-12 for receiving returns of FY2010-11 is very correct, no fault of department. all the taxes and collections are recorded in current financial year itself for department which is related to previous financial year for assessee. 

its departments financial year, not of assesee, use common sense sometimes :)
