Blunder in CA final Xams

As we all Ca final old course student have faced the terrible blunder in accounts paper and mafa which had a few questions which were completely out of syllabus ..(AS 30 sums when  notification said that only  definational aspects will be asked and also the student help desk replied the same wen i called up) ..i think we all collectively shud do sumthing to this ..as its a question of our life ..and we all know that wat we put in to clear CA xams .. and institute is jus so merciless..i don't think its justified ... So kindly suggest wat shud be done to bring it to the institute's notice and so that they just cannot get away as usual with this
