Black pen or Pencil
Can we use Black pen to draw flow chart or pencil is only allowed ?

Pencil is allowed in Final in QT and in PE-II u ahve to draw it by using pen.

not black pen
when i gave PE-II exam, we used pen pnly & that too blue ink pen
