Black Money is the money required by the businessmen & professionals to pay to netas, bureaucrats & gundas to get their RIGHT WORK done. It divorces the good men & lives with the bad men who utilize it for purchase of votes; purchase gold silver & diamonds; purchase immovable properties & for doing all those deeds that are a taboo in all religions. This money is BLACK as it is used for BLACK deeds.
