Date of birth of HUF cannot be decided.
Its a date of formation of HUF,you will find it in HUF's formaiton Deed.
date of incorporation of huf shud be taken from huf deed which we have registrd . In the deed which date we have specified date of formation .
Dear friend
Karta's date of birth is taken as a HUF's b'date.
