There is no specific format for Invoice under GST, there is only specific information shall be printed on the invoices such as

Head of Invoice – Bill of Supply

Supplier Details – Name, Address, GSTIN,

Customer Details – Name, Address, GSTIN (if available) and other details

Billing to and Shift to address if Required

Details of goods – Descripttion, quantity, rate, value

Seal and Signature
