Please clarify whether in case of Bill to ship to transactions, ship to party's address and GSTN is mandatory on the Invoice.

Quick Summary
No need if the party is URD.
If he is registered then GSTIN is required.
If he is registered then GSTIN is required.
Raja sir do not fully agree. Address applicable in all cases where it is not same as the recipient's (bill to party) address. Rule 46(o).
Although, no mention of GSTIN being mandatory. Although, suggest to disclose on conservative basis.
