How to Apply for a PAN for a Company's Gratuity Trust?

Required documents: 1. Application form, 2.Proof of identity, ex: copy of trust deed etc. 3. Proof of address of trust, trust deed copy, lease agreement copy, or utility bills etc. 4. Proof of establishment of the trust,certification of registration under the relevant act, 5. PAN application fees, 6. application for registration under section 12 A or 12 AA, details of activities carried out by the trust, audited accounts and balance sheet for the previous three years.
