Bill to Japan but goods shipped to within Karnataka in this case this is considered as export or intra state supply?????
Agree with Mr. Pankaj, IGST will be applicable but not to be treated as Zero rated sale or Export because to come within the definition of EXPORT the goods should be delivered to outside India.
i m completely agreed with Pankaj sir Goods must be delivered outside of India and deemed place of supply is japan so IGST will be applicable.
