I forgot to add a bill in gstr 1 for the month of jan 2020. However the opposite party has already taken the credit of cgst & sgst on the same. How can this issue be solved as the last date for any amendment was 30 sept 2020. Thank you in advance

Upload the bill now. Since the counterparty has already taken credit and bill is valid it should not be an issue for them. Also please note if you have not paid the liability related to this bill then pay that along with interest
But wasn’t 30th sept 2020 the due date for any rectification pertaining to 19-20?
FOR CALCULATING THE INTEREST ON THE ABOVE LIABILITY, WILL THE RELAXATION BE VALID? (LIKE 0% INTEREST FOR 15 DAYS FROM DUE DATE AND 9% TILL 24TH JUNE 2020?
